Massage tailored to you
Services available
Massage
Each massage is tailored to your needs. I draw on techniques ranging from relaxing, holistic approaches to deep tissue and sports massage.
Hot Stone Massage
Using smooth, warmed basalt stones alongside the hands as part of a full-body treatment. Placed at points along the body and used to work through the muscles, their warmth softens tension gradually helping the body to relax.
Dry Cupping
Dry cupping uses silicone cups with gentle suction to lift and release tension in specific areas, alongside hands-on massage techniques.
Contrast Therapy Workshops
Sauna and cold water swimming have always been part of my life. Being half Finnish where sauna is an intrinsic part of life.
Kristina Wilton
I offer massage treatments including sports massage, hot stone massage and dry cupping across Morzine, Montriond and Les Gets villages of the Portes du Soleil area.
With a strong scientific background, I aim to bring evidence-based approaches to every treatment. The priority is always to understand your needs first, and then to tailor the session to what you want to achieve.
Although my training has a sports focus, my massage isn’t only for the sporty. Regular massage can be a useful part of a training programme, helping to address muscle imbalances and niggles early. Everyday factors, such as long hours at a computer, can also cause a build-up of tension and discomfort, and massage can help to ease this.
Recovery and relaxation both matter, and a tailored massage can support your recovery after sporting events as well as general relaxation and wellbeing.
I have a doctorate in neuroscience and spent over 20 years in the biomedical field, in academic research and in a variety of roles in the pharmaceutical industry. I trained as a sports massage therapist alongside my day job, and in 2020 stepped away from the corporate world to focus on life in the mountains, and to use my training to help others make the most of their time in the Morzine area. I hold a BTEC Level 5 qualification in soft tissue therapy, and have also completed courses in hot stone massage and dry cupping.
I am also a keen advocate of contrast therapy: sauna and cold water swimming have been part of my whole life. Being half Finnish, I grew up between Finland and the UK, and Finnish sauna culture was very much part of family life. In April 2025, I trained with Dr Susanna Søberg at the Søberg Institute to become a certified Thermalist® Instructor, teaching science-based protocols for contrast therapy using sauna and cold water immersion.
I am a keen swimmer and cyclist, and am happiest doing something active outdoors, usually with my dog somewhere nearby.
